Job Opportunity: RN – LTC / SNF
Location: Bronx, NY 10463
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (Ongoing Need – Extensions Available in 8-Week Increments)
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week (Unpaid 1-Hour Break)

Available Shifts:
1 Nurse Needed: Day Shift | 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM
3 Nurses Needed: Evening Shift | 03:30 PM – 11:30 PM
1 Nurse Needed: Night Shift | 11:30 PM – 07:30 AM
Schedule Requirement:
Every Saturday & Sunday OR Every Other Weekend (Both Days)

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of RN – LTC / SNF experience required
Active New York RN License Required
BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) Required
Active New York RN License Required

Position Overview:
The RN – LTC / SNF will provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
The ideal candidate will:
Deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care
Perform nursing assessments and medication administration
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain strong clinical documentation and patient communication
Thrive in a fast-paced LTC / SNF environment
