Job Title: Laboratory Assistant
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8*5 Days & Nights
Requirements:
Requirements:
· No local candidates within 50 miles.
· Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
· Recent hospital experience required
· Required AHA BLS
· Active Phlebotomist license required
· Handles laboratory data collection systems and equipment to ensure that requests for laboratory tests are properly ordered, cancelled, and charged to all inpatients, outpatients, and institutional accounts.
· Performs specimen collection procedures for inpatients and outpatients.
· Performs non-technical specimen processing, preparation and distribution of specimens from patients.
